Wed, 03/31/2010 - 17:30 — jasonWe were contracted by Toronto artist Scott Silverthorn to create an online gallery space for his work. Using a PHP/MySQL/XML backend, we developed a fresh, Flash-based website that highlights his work.
In addition, we also built a dynamic application for him to host his One MIllion Cards project, in which he is selling one million prints of his signature. For each 100 cards sold, a virtual card begins to hover within the application.

Concordia approached us to develop and implement a new faculty profile system using Drupal. Using Drupal as both the data and presentation layer, the system aggregates authoritative data from other sources and presents it in a seamless user experience. The system also outputs all data using Canada's CommonCV format for academics.
The second phase of the project is to evaluate Drupal as an enterprise-wide content management solution and oversee its rollout into various Concordia systems.

Habs Inside/Out - Live Stats/Schedule XML Parser
Wed, 03/31/2010 - 15:20 — jasonWe were approached by the technical team behind the Habs Inside/Out website, a site that delivers news on the Montreal Canadiens to fans and local readers.
We coded an XML parser that presented a live feed of statistics and schedules (with up-to-the-minute game statistics) in a user-friendly interface. The project was delivered on a tight schedule and was well-received by both the IT and management teams.
